I am not a big follower of MON, but I thought they had to lower seed prices because the seeds weren't performing as well as advertised.

Don't you think gold prices have had a bubble like rise?

The reference is based on the stock price not the product price so let's keep the conversation straight. The stock has been put into favor because of the future demand and pricing expectations of food products.

As you can see, it certainly isn't it's earnings that caused the price recovery. Also keep in mind that your 'starting point' to calculate the recovery is at a multi-year low. Mon was over $140 as recently as 2008.
