I was in the carpenters union for awhile and we always rented our staging. This guy didn't spend that kind of money on scafffoling in this 'non construction ecomony' without having a huge game plan in place. Don't think that shipping staging to another country is economical. Buy new staging when you get there. JMO SOUNDS LIKE THEY WANT TO GET INTO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AREA THOUGH. BIB BIB MONEY AND LOW OVERHEAD.
Right now they are doing only domestic construction projects. After going public, they get some more cash flows on hand and that's when they want to enter into war torn countries and reconstruction projects .
