The market interpeted the value of the PR and thereby and the price increase seems very justified. You can't have it both ways. The determination of the PR can't be disputed as fluff when the shareprice increased by 50% after its release. THe market likes it even though you do not.
To understand why this was viewed as good news, you would have needed to be a share holder who has endured thru the highs and lows of the share price.
The news was viewed as conformation of what we knew already, and a huge discredit to those who attempt to spread fear for their own selfish reasons.
This is why any investor needs to step back and listen to his or her own common sense, and not pay much attention to the noise on the message boards, pro or con.
