That is a legit concern..But financers seldomly wait for news etc imo...They get money is their hands asap.
Companies and Insiders however seem to time their selling with News.
Selling of any kind is concerning..for sure Again, hence the call for transparency so one is aware of what is actually going on and takes speculation out of the equation
