Marth is a joke. I suspect he had been deceiving TEVA Jerusalem HQ for quite some time (telling them to expect tL approval). Now everyone knows the truth (inside and outside TEVA), and it is going to be an ugly ride for him

i beg to differ. marth is smart. teva is smart. neither is a joke. the CEO of the company had been saying there would be a high likelihod of approval so i can promise you there was no discrepancy between teva americas and teva global. marth is going to be fine. in fact teva is up significantly since he gave the GS talk so clearly he did his job

I am glad to see that some respected board members have started to embrace the idea that some "conspiracies" do exist in the markets

how's this for a conspiracy - teva backs off lovenox, and mnta starts to tone down any rhetoric about generic copaxone, both stocks appreciate significantly

just kidding :)
teva is up because marth did a good job imo explaining how copaxone won't be cannabalized to a significant degree by oral agents (as well as gave high expectations for their own oral agent)
