Frog... I'd hire you in a second as a "worst-case scenario" consultant to make sure the "worst-case" for my business was extensively considered...and planned for...
But I'd quickly look somewhere else for considering consultation about positive future possibilities for my company...lol!
What seems to be conveniently left out of your equations are all the incredible variables of these "future possibilities".
And "future possibilities" require innovative vision and foresight to plan for, something intentionally or unintentionally seems lacking in your views.
Until I see you present other options or comparisons in your arguments and have some openness to many other just as feasible future scenarios (all of which are more promising for investors to stick around with DNAP), I just assume that your agenda, paid or otherwise, requires you to offer such a limited, negative views of DNAP's future.
DNAP is moving forward with it's innovative forensics DNA Witness test on a microchip, possibly ready for global sales this fall, and Ovanome and Statinome are continuing nearing completion to market (albiet DNAP's cautious pace about quality control and covering all bases, especially with the new FDA guidance), and Richard's recent comment about DNAP's research with Moffitt is getting exciting...what did Richard say...? Oh, yeah...something about.."we are highly encouraged by our discoveries, as are the doctors and scientists at Moffitt and their patients with whom we have talked."
For my investment considerations, I'll take real innovative products producing real multi-stream revenues with potential global sales and weight what the doctors and research scientists at Moffitt say about DNAP's discoveries...anytime...over the constant fatalistic scenarios you present...any day.
DNAP is successfully accomplishing all this...and much, much more...in spite of your questionable persistent efforts otherwise...opps...I mean, in spite of your very humble opinions...
