Ken and Jack have both said via email that the company has not sold any shares, and they have been very clear (for once) about it too. I tend to believe them because if they were selling then why send an email saying they were not selling? Much better to simply not reply or obfuscate or tell the truth, but I cannot see them wanting to be caught out in a potentially serious direct lie. So I feel fairly confident it wasn't KAT. That said, it could be those investors from January, or subsequent investors, or of course just market activity.
