Key Points(which have been known to everyone):

1) This is a Pink Sheet stock.
High risk with the potential for high return
Otherwise, you lose your shirt. Never buy a
"Big 'N Tall" shirt unless you can wear it.
ie. Know your risk tolerence!
2) The company is a "Junior" exploration company
with(correct me if I'm wrong) one wholly-owned
property and a boatload of mineral claims which
to date have ZERO proven reserves. . .yet!
3) Let's say you own 5MM shares. . .you are the
proud owner of less than 1% of the company. I
learned a long time ago from a smart man, minority
shares aren't worth a "pinch of S__T" when it comes
down to control. The management owes us no explanation
when it comes to the day-to-day running of "THEIR"
busines.
4) This is a long-term play and no one is going to get rich
overnight.

Yes Mappo I do Agree with you 100%...

The Properties and Mangement go hand in hand, imo
I have expressed concerns about both

However, your call for debate and discussion is very welcome imo and hopefully to all here...

mappo one thing I learned throughout the year and cople of months is that all properties are nothing special out there until proven by drilling results
KATX or any other company can have hundreds or thousands properties
they can have reports by government officials or goe's or prospectors
all mean nothing
I learned that only drills tell the truth like gump says
Not saying that KATX will/might not have a economical minable property
just saying until than no property is special
in the world the rate is 1 to 1000 for a property to become a mine and in NF is 100 to 1
so yes out of 8 properties we might hit 1 of them, until than they all the same
