those shares are represented thru a preferred...they are being issued to the OWNER (and now officer of VAEV) of Shogun.

It gives them (rightfully so) control...thats all. Its not like they are issuing 800mm common shares free trading to ir, "consultants" or anyone else who is just looking to dump stock
