So, TRON - what do you think of the transaction in early 2007 (15 months before the actions of those in the current SEC action) when CEO John H Beebe acquired radio station assets worth $180K for Perihelion Global for the bargain basement price of $1.3M from.......John H Beebe. Was that was just another example of a stupid CEO in over his head having things done to him that were out of his knowledge and control??? Wondering how the CEO John H Beebe would be unaware of a transaction the company consumated when the selling party was individual John H Beebe? Curious what your take is on that transaction, relating to your belief that John H Beebe is an overmatched, stupid victim?
