kind of hard not to! Such extremes here from one day to the next. I would have thought that anx would be a take over target not the other way around. The stock swinging by almost a dollar is crazy. I know a lot of people are super sensitive here due to past on goings and what has occured up til now. What do you suggest?

Let's do some DD, folks and don't panic.

Panic? I don't think I am in panic. After two years of investing in what was (and still is) a great story, I am simply no longer to accept the relentless ramming that the CEO continues to provide stakeholders.

Do not misunderstand me...several decisions that have hurt the price per share have in fact been beneficial for the company. My issue is with the timing and the way these are presented. Either no consideration - or complete disassociation with reality - allow Brian Culley to (1) Meet the management requirements for him to collect his bonus and (2) release PR's at the worse possible times and with sketchy details and no follow up conference calls.

If this were a private company I would have to say they are doing a decent job. This is, however, a public company and there are legal and ethical requirements that need to be fulfilled towards the stakeholders as well - not just the company. The CEO could present almost identical information but presented in a more professional manner and with better timing and could have this stock at $10/share easily.

As an investor (and I am not talking a trivial $10K or some silly amount like that) I feel that my concerns are of value and that I am being entirely ignored. That was why I went from "investor" to "trader" after the reverse split. With this NDA I went back to investor mode expecting great things. Could Brian wait a couple weeks for retail and institutional investors to digest the NDA acceptance and make a move? NOPE! Instead he was more "Oh wait, quick before it pops, lets dump some more shares!"

So to your point, no, I do not believe that some of us are in "panic" - instead I beleive that some of us who have been strung along for years are just tired of this crap. This was not a panic PR, this was a last straw PR.
