Totally agree with these points.. new technology will be bypassed by necessity (in China).. the mother of invention.. CPTC started with a handful of people and a lab setup... China won't wait.. they will copy or step ahead even if we don't sell .. it is poor business .. unless CPTC have alternative big customers with firm orders. Are we going to miss-out ? Are there other big orders ?

Compromise and start the business with them.. supply in for a year to prove the relationship ... renegotiate then before a China manufacturing operation .. maybe then business will be booming elswhere
