which is a colossal advantage relative to options players in addition to the large advantage of being in a market with much greater liquidity (i.e. smaller bid-ask spreads).

Well that advantage was not so clear today. A couple of times I entered buys of MNTA stock at the ask. I picked up a few hundred shares each time and the stock moved up.

So while lots of stock traded - it was a fast market.
