APXR looks so ready just needs some buyers based on intrinsic value.

Thanks Duchamp, I hope I'm right as well. My only regret to date is that I did not buy 4 million shares at 0.0118 instead of 400k (the max recommended by my bank for penny stock investment). The rewards are there and are real if the gas/oil ever comes out of the ground....but are worthless if they don't (my opinion). The oil reserves in the Beaufort Sea are of such high quality that very little refining is required, most people don't know this. Also many millions of dollars has already been invested by the oil companies, I'm sure they would like to get a return, as would I. The Itiyok well has already been drilled, reserves are confirmed. Apex interests are in more then just this one well, they are in the entire 640 acre lease. My opinion is that with confirmation of a pipeline (or other means of delivery) this stock will be bought out in a flash, well before any pipeline is built! Good luck to all!

The Itiyok I-27 Well was originally drilled in 1983, at a total cost of C$85 million. A review of Well data and geological prognosis indicates that a 640 acre area would contain proven recoverable gas reserves of 108 Bscf and proven recoverable oil reserves of 8,976 MSTB, with Apex Resources Group Inc. 3.745% working interest net reserves of 4.04 Bscf and 336 MSTB.

Seismic data indicates a structure closure of approximately 40 square KM with a gross potential reserve of 1.16 TCF and 160 MMSTB (Apex 3.745% working interest net -- 34 Bscf and 4.7 MMSTB). The lands in which the Apex Resources Group Inc. owns an interest comprised of 21.54 square KM containing gross potential reserves of 625 Bscf of gas and 86 MMSTB of oil Apex 3.745% working interest net -- 23.4 Bscf of gas and 3.2 MMSTB of oil). Values of proven, probable and possible gas and oil reserves, of Apex 3.745% working interests, as per Citadel Engineering report, have been published in previous news releases.

Our asset has always been significant, but these recent developments have added even more value to the 3.745% working interest in SDL #55. In my opinion, Apex is an undervalued gem in the rough and a bargain investment opportunity as a positioning strategy in what will be a major oil & gas play" Stepen Golde, Director of Apex stated.

By the Board of Directors,

Apex Resources Group, Inc.
