Frog, yes, my thinking was that Dutchess would be constrained by these regulations from accumulating on the open market; "if" there is an agreement with DNAPrint to transfer majority ownership. I guess I can’t get over the feeling that such an under the table intent by DNAPrint and Dutchess would be too close to the edge.
I'll admit, I'm simply guessing and have no educational background in securities rules
