That does make sense,doesnt it?How or why would KATX be expanding if they ddnt have the funding???That talk of no funding,is that,talk,dont put much weight into that,we need to wait and see what KATX tells us.

PREPARE thyself - for a further automatic dilution (pps & value) of your KATX ownership once the BVIG shares ARE distributed.

WHY? - BVIG does NOT yet "officially" own HC until the transfer is final & coincidently the distribution is completed!

jack, we can not move to discussion to bvig board because KATX is tied with BVIprobably KATX will become fully owned by BVIG
we are not exactly sure what they are planning at the moment
we had a chart for plan which is changed
KATX and BVIG kind of are the same company
legally speaking one can argue that they are separate entities
which is correct but for us it is same company until things change

You're right that the company would not be expanding while being deperate financially.
Speaking of BVIG, I hear your concerns, however, please bear in mind that BVIG will not suddenly disappear just because a distribution will be made. There are more reasons for BVIG existing which will probably have an effect on ALL KATX holders (those who bought KATX before or after Sep. 16th).
Also, BVIG is being used as a bashing point in some cases with a very few posters who doubt that the shares are not coming at all. Therefore, when the BVIG shares are given, the suspicion of negativity will rise and blow away like a cloud and give strength to all shareholders, thereby probably having an effect on the pps of KATX which involves you too.
All the above is my opinion.
