I can't find anywhere (but that can be me) that these 2,644,500 initial shares in the BVIG 'shell' are restricted.

I bought 100 shares of BVIG a few weeks back just to see. Apparently you can buy and sell them.

as of September 30, 2010. Check the 10-Q
