It was a LOI, I jumped the gun in believing that the purchase has been made, wasn't my intention to post incorrect information. My assumption is that it was dependent on the completion of certain targets that may now have been met. The old information was recently released again, same old information, but I am hopeful that targets have been met, and the plan is going forward. Dr. Jacob Smith has experience in the medical waste field, it would be a logical area to pursue as JBI would be paid to receive the feedstock. We'll have to wait for confirmation of my assumption, if it doesn't come, I'll apologize.
