Playing the savior, are we? And of course, we hate it when others do that to stocks we are pumping/loving ... lol ...right on RainMaker .. the only difference being, this is way more legit than SS&C and other pinkies that you have been in love with in the past :) The CEO might not have as many patents as the beloved CEO of SS^C, however, a big company is inking a deal with this one. okay, lets get past the smell test. Just a couple of hurdles to clear it for flight.

1. The dude states that he is aware of the upcoming expiration of the patent but does not say when only that is over the next few years. If thats the case they can't do business until its expired which could be how long specifically? He uses a broad brush as they say in the art business.

2. Whats this little jewel in the fine print? Read the last 8 words real carefully.

"Furthermore, Viropro is currently in negotiations for 2 major acquisitions and has recently secured a financial partner for its financing effort to come. "
