I can tell that the company HQs look like a broke down auto repair/used car lot.

The CEO, at one point, lived in a 1 bed/1 bath house that he was obviously renting, because the property was owned by someone involved with another, alleged, FLD.

The address the CEO lived at was off by one digit on the Zip code and some of his phone numbers are listed under an area code for Canada.

I'm digging change out of my couch right now so I can throw it away on CDIV.

All these photos, address or zipcode issues are crap. I just live 30 mils away. I drove by CDIV office many times. Many LONGS know and have my info.


1st that photos are old.
2nd they told zipcode doesnot exist. Proved wrong immediately.

"some things are easier to tell than others (with respect to CDIV)" i am sure different people would have different opinions
about that kind of a statement.
