Well I thought the same too because with the news I thought it was taking a very long time to move and I was thinking that maybe it was diluted since the last filing os amount. That is why I didn't buy it back after I sold it. I actually took it off my watchlist (dumb move) and looked at it later on after it made a massive move and I stopped following it. I read the news on the Etrade news feed - I think it was actually under the other ticker but they cross referenced it.
