IMHO there's no way a company with no funds and large negative working capital and book value can get into the 1 digit millions unless they have some massive IP, which IMHO, GOSY does not.

spencers projections were 74 billion for the elder care MSR market,

I have used 2 terms, "sales forcast" and "market" and both numbers I use have come straight from spencers mouth.

I find it slightly strange that the entire world is letting a 74 billion dollar market go unstratified ....

and spencer is predicting the same 74 billion market again for 2011....

and his sales forecast of 22 million again for 2011....
which is the same as 2010....

Most company's don't hit their sales forecast to the penny,
but they generally achieve some percentage....

especially when they give out a forecast 3 months before the start of the year .....

Maybe he need to get a MBA .... oh my he has a MBA !

I agree with this, great comment. The opportunity is happening, but with any emerging industry, forecast are estimated. Once a corner is turned however, there is no looking back EVER. So a year or two is really insignificant. The technology is sound and things are starting to happen. Good risk in my book.
