Perhaps before you respond to my post you should read it first. I provided links to the information I provided, which is provided by Agilyx, who provide the processor for Agri-Plas. Yep, that $2.5 million dollar starter machine, processes 10 tons per day, half the JBI's much smaller 20 ton processor. Did you look at the size of the four pod starter machine?

P2O appears to be boxing itself into a niche piece of the plastic market.

Have you looked at any information regarding JBI's feedstock. They take basically the same, any plastic that is not wanted by plastic recyclers, this would be the vast majority of plastic made. The main type they won't take if PVC plastic, and that is in New York State, with filters, like the filters that will be on the processors used for medical waste, PVC might be doable. Do you really think the Agilyx machine is worth the extra $2,300,000 for a product that has to be refined, costs more to be run and takes up significantly more space. Nonsense.

As well, please hold Agilyx to the same standards that you hold JBI to, ask for details regarding the composition of the fuel, not provided by Agilyx, ask about percentage of waste, not provided, ask about their stack test and why it needs so many filters, it's not provided, ask who they sell to and how much do they sell the fuel for, it's not provided.

What part of the differences listed below is unclear to you?

More info on Agilyx.

www.agilyx.com

-No scientific reports, nothing, no indication of waste

-$42 per barrel

-started in 2004, operational in 2010, six years, compared to 18 months for JBI

-says it sells but not to who and not much (everyone on iHub wants to know who JBI is going to sell to, so I thought I'd point this out), just filled their third fuel truck in the summer.

-JBI just slightly better in number of pounds of plastic per gallon

-machine is huge, check out the link, you see the machine inside and look at the roof, look at the outdoor picture with the truck. this is the four pod starter model. Need 8 pods to equal the output of one JBI 20 ton processor.

In their FAQ A question is "Have you performed a greenhouse gas/carbon footprint analysis." The answer is:

Yes. The results show that the net carbon footprint of Agilyx’s technology is favorable.

JBI reported the results of their stack test.

-no report of what the mixture looks like by percentages, it does need to be refined, JBI's doesn't.

-$2.500,000 for a starter machine, includes set up. Produces half the fuel as the JBI 20 ton processor and the Agilyx machine is much larger, uses a lot of air filters to deal with emissions. JBI reports their processors cost $200,000, double that, it's still a bargain, have a partnership with a waste or recycling site, JBI pays for and owns the processor. Saves the waste or recycling business $2.500,000.
