We have seen no convertible debt structuring.. You are talking about selling shares to some off shore company at huge discounts which are dumped into the market at a profit..Again..that would indicate that the vast majority of shares have been absorbed by retail investors..Sorry..that hasn't happened here..In fact we do know that at least one round of financing was done at a premium to the pps by private investors..That is not death spiral financing...veno
