I agree, most shorts would be covering at these levels which would only make me believe that these offers are actually MM "showing" and offer and actually not having any stock on the ask (making the position short if its bought) that's why they are delaying orders. They have to call around to fill the order. Stock could move much higher with the catalyst!!
