I could post what I believe may be the cause for the delay,but it would only be my opinion,and I could easily be wrong,so I stay with what is known,that is,the SEC is the reason for the delay.
Jack did say in a blog on the website that it would take longer to get them but we would get them before we would have gotten them restricted. So, if he sticks to that we should have them in the next 11 days. If not you would think they would at least have to give us some news about them and a new expected date.
