On November 19, 2003, the Company acquired from Cranwood its 100% interest in Puccini, which provides wireless interactive voice response (IVR) services through the Wu Ji Network.
For the fiscal year ended 12/31/04, revenues increased 59% to $122.7 million. Net income increased 73% to $33.9 million. Revenues reflect an increase in SMS subscriptions and SMS downloads due to increased marketing and promotional efforts. Net income reflects an increase in gross profit margin in advertising and commercial solutions and higher interest income.
