fourkids: Wow we really are two peas from the same pod. I was thrilled when a Bivens suit was brought against some of the SEC Commissioners. They lacked the courage to stop the fraud in our markets and hid under a rock instead. SHO and the unconstitutional grandfather clause were a bad joke. Kaufman would have made an awesome choice. Like you I am hoping that we still have salvage value and something is done before all is lost. The fact that very few CEO's spoke up is telling as well. Very few real leaders out there these days. Sad indeed.
