The filings have been handled by Jack and Ken I believe. This is based upon conversations that I and Biochemist have had with them about these filings over the past months. I think Ken and Jack have probably handled the BVIG distribution application too.
It may be the case (and it is my belief) that GKBN are engaged purely to assist with corporate restructuring and/or moving us onto a new exchange when the time is right. I do not believe that they p[lay any part in general management of our finances.
