People aren't angry just to be angry.
Folks are angry for legitimate reasons. If the PPS were low because the product was simply not selling, folks would be OK with that. Especially if the company really tried. Products fail all the time.
But outright lies, lack of transparency, sneaky tactics and so on by management makes people angry. That's why folks are not happy.
Honesty goes a long way. Don't you agree? Especially when HFBG promised more transparency along with a lot of other things in its PRs!
Don't make promises if you don't plan to live up to them. That's the problem folks have with the company. Too many broken promises. After a while, folks begin to feel like they're being lied to over and over, again. And folks don't like being lied to--especially when money is at stake.
