I don't know

When I first read it - I thought they were saying they never did the public offering and so they were asking to have it withdrawn

After I read it again it only appears to be a request to withdraw the amendment to the SB-2

So it doesn't seem to really mean much of anything if they are just withdrawing the amendment. The original SB2 - public offering still seems to stand - not sure if they ever executed any public offering or not.

Sorry I'm lost on this one too
