I only wish investors would wait until the market opens (not pre-market) to place their buy orders. I'm in the camp that believes MM's invariably fill gaps and today's gapperoo - so far, .002-.0023 - is going to disappoint quite a few people. Be patient. Let if fill. VCTY will move quickly on dedicated volume.
