Well you can bet that if any news starts the pps up, the HYPE on this board will be excessive and over exuberant. The flippers will go wild trying to move the pps as high as they can, while insulting anyone posting conservative opinions.
That is exactly where I felt it should trade at as well. Don't think it will take much to get it there once the buying comes in. However, there is always the unknown factor that can fake us all out and take it to new highs as well.
