Do you realy think the state would let 1.5 mill go on a whim and a prayer. I assume they check the company's prospects for the up comeing year and sounds to me like those contracts they are talking about are pretty much a done deal Thankyou wind's Gods!!!!!!
Don't PO the workers or they will form a Union... better to cut exec pay and pay for intelligent workers to help build a high quality product. Factory workers are happy to have a hand in improving quality and efficiency in processes etc..
Xbubblsy - I can see where that might be confusing...after reading it over again, it seems only 900K is possibly earmarked for payroll...it does not seem to me that they will be counting on this grant for payroll/operating expenses (which to me in itself is good news) but rather for expansion of the facility in order to be able to fill incoming orders. For the first time in a long time it seems just maybe my gut feeling was not just gas!!!
