Here are a few of the highest volume days (over 100M) based upon iHub historical quotes and looking at FINRA's daily short volume as far back as they will go. One finds a PPS well over the $0.0002 you claim HRNF never made it past. In fact, the PPS made it to $0.0011 on August 19, 2009, and traded well above $0.0002 on many of the days listed below.
Thanks for the DD. When short volume is kept in check, the PPS of HRNF seems to be explosive.
