I think Saville is right about US$; I would add Swenlin, Schaeffer, and Marc Faber to the list of people who are bullish as well.

Regarding his latest bearish call - it was right at the top; perfect. However, I don't think market timing is his strength and I don't pay too much attention to his short-term timing calls (I wish I did this time).

Laird, BTW, just a week or two ago Saville has mentioned a possibility of SOX reaching 470, which would be about 15% from today's low. What has changed since then except sentiment? Hussman is still slightly long. Sentiment-wise it is as gloomy as in August. Semis were beaten really bad. IMO bears (like myself) have to take into account a possibility of a tradable rally.
