Another good point! Let me add that Chad appears to have the trust, confidence & loyalty of his staff. I'd keep an eye on those restricteds this upcoming year (some 209Million shares or so).

I have spoken with Chad & gotten the distinct impression that many of those restricteds may be transferred to another class of stock thereby allowing for a return to the treasury & a reduction in the O/S. Please understand what I am saying is MY INTERPRETATION of discussions & nothing that has been directly stated as such.

Time will tell-- always does.

I do believe that this strategy is in play. Of course it is not a blockbuster amount but it more than makes up for any immediate capital needs & either gives shareholders more value OR gives the company slightly more capital if they decided to go a different route (need the funds for operational reasons).
