the share count was 2 billion when babbkie took over. He personally oversaw the count being run up from 2 billion to well over 4 billion before he did the reverse. Babbkie has to sign every issuance so he knew exactly what he was doing. Babbkie has to sign many legal docs to do a rs so again his fingerprints are all over it. Lastly he approves all ad buys and the lack of sales they created.
