If NAZ keeps its 2 steps up and 1 step down for the next few weeks, it will be near or above 200 MA line. If it would be above the 200 MA, is it technically the end of bear market? If so, how could be a big down after above 200 MA? Confused!

I don't think the comparison of Dec. 01 market behavior with now is appropriate because of the macroenvironment is quite different.
