I like the part where the article states "over 5 million people are drawn to the Grand Canyon every year"!
With that thought in mind, I haven't seen a "Sewage Lagoon" out there anywhere on the rim that could possibly handle that much poop and pee and paper in a 365 day span...the Indians should be raising a stink about this, I think!
How many acres do any of you think that would need to be set aside in the desert if the EPA were to actually "get a grip" on all that waste? Or are they hiding something else out there in the desert?
5 million people divided by 365 would give you a town of about 13,700 people a day for a year...that's a sizeable, scenic campground, huh?
