what really is interesting to me is the fact that the mason letter like many other times in this whole saga was filled with the court and then released weeks later.
I am not saying there is a direct connection here, but I can only hope that the judge is reading some of our letters. I bet Susmans team is having a laugh over the fact that this case is being proven for them by shareholders alone. If you recall during the hearings Rosen tried to bad mouth Nelson by bringing up the Solomon report as if it were the EC's burden of proof. What a nut job lol, but the thing is it got me thinking. Hosen wanted the Ec to fire off the Solomon missle early than need be. I think Susman is going to be very calculated when he drops that bomb maybe in the form of an Ec POR after the judge shoots down Hosen and crew.
It just shows you how good a firm Susman has to remain cool and take it where they want it to go. Would be interesting to know if calls were made to the EC or will be prior to the 6th. The judges opinion on the matter will not be a rubber stamp and Hosen knows this because the judges own words in regards to the extension that "objections remain unresolved". More like ignored entirely by the debtors for 2 years.
If the debtors are dumb enough to allow the judge to rule and toss out the POR then may justice be served and bring on the RICO charges and fraud against all the rats involved.
On the other hand the is always the chance that one of the parties buckle under the pressure and try to strike a deal.
I would like to hear peoples thoughts on this.

We shall see if there is any justice left in the American judicial system. I am betting there is. To whatever end my wamu brothers and sisters I shall follow you there. In till Susman says its over.
