I would add, that if you don't believe he sold for tax reasons, try doing the math... What tax bracket do you think he is in? How many shares did he get at .097/share? How many shares (at the prices he sold at) would he have to sell to make the $$$ to cover the taxes due on those shares?
Maybe I'm the stupid one... but the math seems to check out for me :)
If he ended up coming out a few $$$ ahead, I certainly don't mind. So many people hope to make $$$ here...yet seem to begrudge him the money he EARNED for his hard work! LOL!!!
