Yeah, I know. I really think he is as clueless on that stuff as we are. He is more of a buffer for Kuni as he is not fulltime staff. He does his job well though - I would hire him.
I think peeps expect too much of him as far as knowledge but if you understand his role than people will not get as frustrated when they hear the same thing over ... and over ... and over.
