I have passed my dis-satisfaction as far as keeping us "in the loop". The decision to go for the California company rather than the Florida one is a good decision in my eyes but they could have filled us in on when and why....
I really shouldnt have to call everyday to get this stuff but I dont hold Chuck responsible, I know he is limited with info.
