the restricted shares that have came off recently (Since November 20th) are the 7.5M shares from the prepaid advertising (see PR and filings) and 16M shares as part of the May 21st 8k filing.
Yes they are selling down here because they received those shares as payment for their services (per the description in each filing) and any sale price is profit to them.
It's unfortunate, but it's a necessity at that time and all part of the growth initiative by management.
