I think we should keep the pressure on CHUCK(which did get us a email today by the way-great job guys). to get us more details and have KUNI issue a PR. How was this a great move for shareholders when the Florida acquisition was supposed to be great for us. Why is this better for shareholders? What is being done for shareholder wealth? How are shareholders considered in the decsisions? Notice I want to see more emphasis on shareholders. Why? They deserve it especially after waiting 5 months for an acquisition with limited updates we find out with a few days left in December may now be replaced with another acquisition(not judging-terms could be much better for shareholders though we have no info to confirm that) without any details except an LOI.
They wrote the email that way on purpose to make peeps think the other acquisition might still be moving forward, but I would say without any uncertainty that the Florida deal fell through.
I don't think anyone here would believe they have the financial backing to acquire two multi-million dollar operations simultaneously....LOL
