I'm not going to argue with you about what the meaning of rare is. There's enough info available on REE's to distinguish between rare in the earth vs. rare in terms of what's mined.
Don't get me wrong. I'm long with KATX, but I also try to maintain by objectivity, which is crucial when investing. You need to know when to cut your loses and sell. IMO, we are getting close to that time with KATX.
