Pretty sure that deadline for 10-Q quarterly reports are 45 days. But the deadline for 10-K annual report is 90 days.

Also not sure if SIAF has changed their fiscal year to end in June, as they've said they would.

So, if the quarter ending this week is still the fiscal year end, as I suspect it is, the reporting deadline is March 30, 2011.

Long time to wait for what will must certainly be stellar numbers. But, plenty of time in the interim for positive press releases. Also, the first quarter 2011 will be in the books when they report fourth quarter and year end 2010, so they'll have that much better visibility for guidance and business and governance updates.

Perhaps, Chad can confirm the 90 day deadline. And if he's monitoring I-Hub, while I'm asking questions, any reason SIAF shouldn't list on the Hong Kong exchange?
