I'm not bullish. I just see a rally coming plus we're soon moving into the earnings season. Oil prices can come down $10 quickly from these highs. That is a big trigger for a rally. I wouldn't be buying this quarters losing stocks, I'd be buying the stocks which have held up well or have surged.
