they can extend it sure...

but it will be denied if presented as is without change.

you can bank on it.

And if they don't extend it... it expires and a new deal must be made.

Point is... they are being given the benefit of the doubt.

Make the changes necessary to consummate a fair deal or let it expire.

If you present the deal as is without change, guess what? it will be denied anyway and you've just wasted my time even more.

Not me, I am going out on limb and saying the GSA will not be extended, because it needs to be re-negotiated in new terms and THJMW sent the debtors a clear signal on this..She effectively killed the POR with all the WHEREAS in that Order and if the debtors are smart, they will not look at the court for guidance on what is wrong with their POR, they will start over and bring the EC to the table.. They know what is wrong, all the WHEREAS tell them so..IMO

Someone keep an eye on Steve Susman's whereabouts in the next week, I have a feeling once this is dead, he will become the 10 worst people to sit across the table from in a negotaition.

Chess anyone !!

On the Limb !!! I am

Will I be alone on Dec 29th or are some of you going to step out here with me? Keep in mind, I could be very wrong, but I have been wrong before.. SPECULATION Just my opinion folks, move along, nothing to see here.

Watch the market, if the debtors are going to let the GSA expire, the prefs and commons will increase PPS and the H's will decrease in PPS.
